It leverages all the best technological innovations of the 20th century for optimal performance, including PID temperature control, saturated group heads, separate brew and steam boilers, a shot timer, cool touch steam wands and much more. More impressively, it adds a whole host of features to bring it into the new millennium.

You can work with the RE Doppia both via the intuitive built-in 4.3″ TFT display, but you can also manage configurations via web browser thanks to the Wi-Fi module. It even offers updates to the software via USB. The shot timers are built right into the group heads, making it easy for each barista to monitor a shot, and those shots are managed using buttons that sit right on top of the group for easy access.

The RE Doppia’s cup tray is adjustable to two heights, allowing you to brew into cups of all sizes while not losing temperature due to an unnecessary gap to the cup. When it comes to milk steaming, the cool-touch steam wands are also configured to produce dry steam to create perfect micro-foam. Perhaps most importantly, the steam boiler is designed for rapid temperature recovery, helping you manage even the busiest cafe rushes.
